The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1830 GMT on Friday:

** EU antitrust regulators cleared with conditions French car leasing company ALD's ALD bid for Dutch rival LeasePlan after the Societe Generale GLE unit agreed to divest some businesses across Europe to address competition concerns.

** Russian internet giant Yandex's YNDX Dutch holding company said it planned to divest ownership and control of most of Yandex Group, with the international divisions of some services to be developed outside Russia.

** Russia-focused oil and gas producer Petroneft Resources (PTR.I), (PTR.L) said it was considering options including a full or partial sale of the company's assets following difficult operational conditions due to the Ukraine conflict.

** France's Schneider Electric SE SU won control of Aveva Group (AVV.L), one of Britain's biggest tech companies after minority shareholders approved an offer valuing the industrial software firm at 9.9 billion pounds ($11.9 billion).

** Amsterdam-listed mobile operator Veon Ltd VEON said on Thursday it would sell its Russian business, Vimpelcom, to senior members of the Vimpelcom management team, led by CEO Aleksander Torbakhov, for 130 billion roubles ($2.2 billion).

** Brazil's state oil firm Petrobras said on Thursday it received 10.3 billion reais ($1.9 billion) from Chinese oil and gas major CNOOC Ltd 600938, a payment for a 5% stake in a production sharing agreement at the Buzios oil field.

** British power generator and network operator SSE SSE said it would sell a 25% stake in its power transmission network business to Canada's Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board for 1.47 billion pounds ($1.78 billion), as part of its efforts to cut greenhouse gas emissions.

** India's Bisleri International is in talks to sell itself to salt-to-software conglomerate Tata Group, the packaged water company's chairman, Ramesh Chauhan, said in a CNBC-TV18 interview.

The Economic Times reported citing Chauhan that Tata Consumer Products would buy the company for up to 70 billion rupees ($857.38 million).

** Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc 8306 said on Thursday it would buy the Philippines and Indonesian units of Dutch consumer finance company Home Credit BV for about 596 million euros ($621 million).

** South African pharmacy chain Clicks Group Ltd CLS said on Thursday it would acquire beauty salons owner Sorbet Holdings for 105 million rand ($6.20 million), expanding its beauty portfolio.

** Dubai-based Averda International, one of the largest waste management firms in the Middle East and North Africa, is planning to sell a stake in the business, sources familiar with the matter said.

** Czech investor Daniel Kretinsky has accumulated a 31.4% stake in Dutch mail and packages delivery company PostNL NV PNL, a regulatory filing showed on Thursday.

** Privately held Czech defence and civil manufacturing company Czechoslovak Group (CSG) has acquired a 70% stake in Italy's Fiocchi Munizioni, a leading manufacturer of small calibre ammunition, from Charme Capital Partners, CSG said on Thursday.

** French company Derichebourg SA DBG said on Thursday it had no plans to make a takeover bid for catering services company Elior Group SA ELIOR, although it was in talks with Elior over the firm's "multiservices" business division.

** A buyout offer launched by the Benetton family and U.S. investment fund Blackstone BX for Italy's Atlantia (ATL.MI) has breached the 95% threshold, Reuters calculations showed, allowing the bidders to squeeze out the remaining investors.[nS8N30N01J]

** Indian billionaire Gautam Adani sees the takeover of news broadcaster New Delhi Television Ltd NDTV as a "responsibility" rather than a business opportunity, he said in an interview with the Financial Times.

** Shares in Banca Generali BGN fell 6.8% on Thursday, with a trader citing a Bloomberg report that cooled speculation over a potential deal between its parent, Italian insurer Generali G and U.S. investment firm Guggenheim Partners.
