[DIP] Inverse BB/Bollinger highlight for bars

This indicator allows you to highlight the area outside of the Bollinger Bands in order to draw more attention to it. This is especially useful for those who only trade when we are outside of the bands.

Keep in mind this indicator only works on bars, not on candles.
