Script is using several moving averages to keep you on the right side of the trend. Signals are also filtered based on other indicators to prevent buying already overbought or selling already oversold coins and avoid ranging markets.
MAIN GOAL
Main goal of the strategy is long-term stable profit. No strategy has 100% accuracy therefore there always will be some false signals. But patience pays, with Trend Following Strategy, you will get couple of small loses while waiting to get big wins when coin is trending strongly. As you never know the right time you must sustain and be in all trades to make sure that you will not miss the big move.
BACKTEST
This script is for free to play with so you can back test and see for yourself how the strategy performs on any of your favourite coins.
Strategy is optimized and back tested for USDT and BTC pairs on 6h timeframe but it can be used on any pair and any timeframe.
RISK & REWARD
Strategy does not use safety orders as DCAs usually leads to bag holding sooner or later. It does not use take profit either as strategy will tell you when to buy and when to sell based on the actual market condition.
You should always use stop loss to protect your account from drawdown or even being liquidated.
You can change stop loss or take profit as you like or even back test the strategy with your preferred settings to find what suits you best.

Important: Make sure that you use the same settings for both Strategy and Study indicators.

ADX >
• used to filter out buy or sell signals in ranging markets - ADX must be over set value to fire a BUY or SELL signal
MA Fast and Slow Length
• Two moving averages to indicate an actual short-term trend
Baseline Length & Type
• Baseline is a moving average which confirms the longer-term trend. You can set length and type of the moving average
Show every signal
• turn on to see signal on each candle whether strategy recommends opening long or short trade (green triangle – buy, red triangle – sell, no triangle – wait)
Altcoin Bullphase"Altcoin Bullphase" is an indicator to check if altcoins are currently in a bullphase/altseason.
The indicator is checking if Bitcoin is above or below a certain type of Moving Average and paints the color of the candles on the chart and tradingpair of your choice either green or gray for above or below the Moving Average.
NOTE: You have to disable the border color of the candles or use grayscale to get the look from the preview.
Default setting is 20 week moving average as it has the best history of calling an altcoin season.
Altcoins generally do really well when Bitcoin is above the 20 week moving average and don't do well when it falls below.
This indicator makes it easy to compare the performance of altcoins in these different phases and helps deciding on the future trend of a coin.
This script works for any altcoin, currency or stocks. Even Oil if you like to do that.
You can choose the type of MA between SMA , SMMA , EMA , WMA and VWMA .
You can set a static timeframe from 4h, 1D, 3D and 1W.
You can set any MA from 20 to 200.
Hello VWAP "Beta"This is my 1st indicator, and my attention is to plot the VWAP "Volume-weighted average price" using the SMA "Simple Moving Average" over time... IE over the last 50,100,200 bars and just the VWAP... All of them in just one line... I have made it when I have been using the BTC/US chart, but it should work for stocks/forex or any other chart that you want to use...
I am not completely sure about this indicator and I do want to add more to this, that is how come I am posting to the community to show what I have done and people can use it and if they are open to it give me feedback or tips to make it better...

Implied volatility is used to gauge future volatility and often used in options trading.
eha MA CrossIn the study of time series, and specifically technical analysis of the stock market, a moving-average cross occurs when, the traces of plotting of two moving averages each based on different degrees of smoothing cross each other. Although it does not predict future direction but at least shows trends.
This indicator uses two moving averages, a slower moving average and a faster-moving average. The faster moving average is a short term moving average. A short term moving average is faster because it only considers prices over a short period of time and is thus more reactive to daily price changes.
On the other hand, a long term moving average is deemed slower as it encapsulates prices over a longer period and is more passive. However, it tends to smooth out price noises which are often reflected in short term moving averages.
There are a bunch of parameters that you can set on this indicator based on your needs.

Bitcoin Worse DaysHello, here is a simple script to scan for BTC worse days.
In input you tell the script what are the minimum percent drops to look for.
By default it is 0.3, here I set it at 0.25 or it would not show anything except the 12 March (which is 40.07%).
The indicator has a precision of 1% I think.
It does not look at how low the body closed, it will show all days that closed below where they opened looking at how far below the high of the day the low was.
It can also work on any timeframe.
Here were the previous worse days from the late 2017 crash start of the bear market:
You could modify the script and look for the worse bodies with open - close instead of high - low
You could also add a filter to only look at days where the body is > 90% the whole candle (in this case it's got to be about 99%)

Bitcoin Energy Value OscillatorBitcoin Energy Value as an oscillator against price.
Calculated as: (Bitcoin Price / Bitcoin Energy Value - 1) * 100
Bitcoin CoP - Overlay V1A good estimate of what it would cost in electricity to mine 1 whole bitcoin with your preferred mining equipment. The cost of production overlay allows to change a few ASIC related variables like hash rate, device wattage, and electrical cost by KW/h. Defaults are set for the Antminer S17 Pro, which hashes at 53 Th/s and consumes 2.1 KW at 7.5 cents a KW/h. The overlay also considers halvings and plots CoP in those events.
This overlay can include other business related costs via "Other Costs" as a percentage of electrical cost USD/KW.h. Keep that value to 0 if you don't want to include it in your overlay.
The bubbles in the chart example is when mining devices came online. Pretty interesting to see difficulty adjust as new hashrate is added to the network.
Darth Maul CandlesNow you can see the Darth Maul candles at a quick reference! Whipsaw wick to the top and a whipsaw wick to the bottom with a small body. This quick reference will help you see which direction these candles ultimately end up moving.
You can use the multiplier in the inputs to adjust how much longer wicks should be than the candle body. The default setting is 3 meaning that both top and bottom wick must be at least 3 times the length of the candle body.
