Regarding its fundamentals i am not sure but one thing i know there is good divergence in 2 hous charts and volume has been decreasing day by day. this indicates that reversal and bullish moves are coming soon. I believe that this is a very good entry point. C3 is ready to run >also the major resistance is around 90 so there is lots of room to run. It is a offer you cant refuse
