AMD - Possible Bearish Descending Triangle - Distribution $47.50

Might be a reversal, or distribution and consolidation and move higher. This one is 50 / 50 so take your chances.

1. We have an ascending triangle after a larger run. Distribution.

2. Resolution should occur at $47.50.

3. Either Up or Down from there.

4. Also watch from Breakout from Triangle Immediately UP or Down.

5. UP you need a break of $48.75

6. If we break $47.50, looking for $45 Entry.

7. Perfect spot to sit on your hands until resolution.

Nobody can predict the future, nobody. I would say based on many, many, factors, we are in distribution, and we will break out of this range soon.

I would think 70/30 on the breakout to the upside. Need the press release from Lisa Su today, and feedback from my crew whom are SPYING as CES 2020.

AMD CES 2020 with Lisa Su was exactly what I expected. Mobile stuff and 5600 GPU. All great, but I think the Market was expecting a little surprise.

After market gains evaporated. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

We are back to an unresolved triangle until I see some Futures.

We are up 1% in the pre-market. This idea is well on track to the upside. Bull flag on this one is $4.00.

That takes us to at least $52.50 before we consolidate again.

AMD usually goes a dollar a day or 2%.

You will get 1% on AMD overnight if you BUY and HOLD (best strategy)
You will get another 1% during the day, if you day trade from the open.
You are far better to BUY and HOLD based on our mathematical models.

We are in a LONG GAMMA feedback loop still, buying, begets buying.

The LONG GAMMA loop will not unwind until the S&P BREAK 3100.

Either during the day or in pre or post market.

Then they unwind. Sell all their stock and puts, and then they go SHORT GAMMA.

Then they sell puts, and short the stock. As the stock drops, they sell more puts and short more stock. Selling loop, 1987 Crash.

So until we get near 3100 on the S&P which is an 8% drop you buy.

You also NEED to hedge your portfolio ONLY for a 10+ PERCENT drop.

Now the VIX can rise with equities as well. That can go on for a long time too. But the buying loop continues until we drop below 3100 or 3050 or 3060...

So the retest on this breakout is $48.90 or $48.85. That is support now if this breakout to $52.50 is under way.

Algorithms dictate heavy buying at that level. But they have already bought heavily when it passed that level.
