Brait is not looking good and ready for another 50% crash?

Inv C and H has formed, the price not only opened below the brim but opened with a Run away bearish gap.

The price is below both 20 and 200SMA>

ANd looks like the next target is set to 51 cents.

Not great but the charts don't lie.
