4 Year cycle chart based on 4 yrs Low-Low

Updated version based on the tendency for the peak to move the left (assuming 4 - 4yr cycles in a 16-year cycle) the closer we get to the new 16 year low.
Not necessarily calling this but just presenting it bassed on 4-year cycle probabilities when taken across all markets.
