BTC Dominance local top or bottom?

Appears to be a diamond pattern that is reaching its end.

If it breaks towards the up side, then we're likely to see ALTS go down significantly, probably as the value of BTC decreases as well.

If it breaks towards the down side, then that means ALTS will increase relative to Bitcoin--probably in a way that means ALTS outpace gains in bitcoin.

Perhaps this breakout will give clues to Bitcoins more medium-term movement.

Let's see what happens...
