Bitcoin Dominance : Time for a bounce?

Bitcoin Dom chart is getting close to a strong level of support. Worth paying attention to your alts/btc pairs soon. Not sure if this means BTC pumps or dumps, but lately BTC dominance recovery has been during dumps.
