Bitcoin in CME chart, if Gap on 41400 fill or not?

As you know, sometimes we have price Gaps in CME chart. sometimes the fill immediately but we have a few of them that not fill up to now then it is not force to fill all of them. Now, we have Gap at magnified price on chart if it fill and support, maybe we will see HEAD & SHOULDER pattern.
if it fill or not?
