Probably I do believe there is 95% chance for me that Bitcoin has already capitulated and now is just forming same kind of bottom.

I think price capitulation is already happened, but right now we need time capitulation. More we sit on this levels, more people got boring and scared more they will capitulate.הערה
Historically Q4 most of time expect few years is bullish for markets, I expect forming a bottom within range or slow grinding before fomo kicks in next years at some point.
