When I was in middle school / high school I had mild acne. It was controllable and not too humiliating.. but required constant care. However, I eventually noticed that whenever I would eat certain foods... like a greasy burger or pizza... it was a guaranteed breakout.
BTC is in that highschool phase where it just ate a lot of greasy pizza. If it breaks through the cloud for a couple of 4h candles ... it too will have a breakout.
