Bitcoin to Test 28.5k area

So we're in a rising wedge on the 4hr and should drop to put the bottom in at 28.5k area.

This bottom should be a green daily reversal candle; after which shorts will be closed and we should pop up to 45k+ area. Then down to 20k.
