a bat pattern points to a powerful zone that may act as a resistance. Keep in mind that harmoinc patterns always give two scenarios: 1) a bounce from the zone 2) a break through the zone. Price installed a terminal price bar and it looks much weaker than the bar before it. This is called a stabilization. As for confirmaiton wait for a bear trend bar to install to confirm a bounce. A bull trend bar breaking above the terminal price bar's high will confirm secenario #2.
