Is it possible for BTC to reach 30K then go down to 15K ?!!

The last time BTC creates head and shoulders it went down from 47K to 30K, now it has created another head and shoulders, is it possible to go to 14K... Even if it goes to 20K it will be an opportunity to buy, keep and wait for the 100K...

It is just an Idea I may be wrong...
