Re-Idea with Ghost Feed - BTC til 20 Nov 2020

This is a re-idea supported by ghost feed; below are the phases and time frame.

-15xxx by 20 April 2020
-28xxx by 02 Jun 2020

We might be seeing a swing towards 60xxx by 07 Nov 2020

I'm optimistic but not enough to say that the sswing might touch 200,xxx in another idea so i'll stick to the 60,xxx zone :)
