MACD MTF below 0 with a sell signal at ~ -250
MMAR all red
Below .232 Fibonacci EMA
ADX spike, DI- above DI+ and divergence
Below Ichimoku cloud, including Kijun-sen (baseline, magenta crosses) and Tenkan-sen (conversion line, light blue crosses)
Even with Chikou - trailing close price and squeeze area

Wait for a sell volume spike as confirm, or open a short now.
