SHORT for a while then Long when change of character occurs.

Upside rally continues but Equal highs are close by creating equilibrium of positions .
Liquidity is targeted to the upside but sellers positions are bearish heading down. Bearish market for now until a
change of character or major confluences occur eventually rally the upside will occur then.
