Bitcoin and Altcoins Hit Hard

Bitcoin and the Altcoin Index have both dipped notably, but commensurately. Both have cratered through levels of support desperately clinging to current levels for dear life. This is reflected by the Crypto Spread Index which is still at parity after spending a significant amount of time in positive territory, which indicated a tilt towards Bitcoin's favour. Thus Altcoins and Bitcoin are suffering equally, and neither has benefitted from this retracement.
