BE GREEDY WHEN OTHER ARE FEARFUL

As Warren Buffett said, in times of fear in the market we should be greedy, we should buy more. One year ago, in January the fear&greed index was at extreme greed (95), while now after a year, the index finds himself at extreme fear (23). What is more interesting is the fact that the price from one year ago is equal to the price today. Do this tell you something? Bitcoin is evolving year to year and as people regretted not buying bitcoin at 13,16,19 or even 3 or 4 ok because the market was in panic, after years, people will regret not buying bitcoin at 40k.BTCUSD
