Bitcoin H&S Formation, what's next?

As i said in my previous analysis about bitcoin we should've got a huge volume at the bottom but we don't got it on 40k it means it's not the reversal area. Now we got a clear H&S pattern that has been retested. As price is below 44600 I'm bearish on bitcoin but if price break up this level the pattern will be valid no more
