Bitcoins movement hinting at 9714

It looks like Bitcoin is following this path to 9714 , but its a unusual as it appears to be working on a backwards triangle and hinting at a move to 9714.
I do notice that BTC has not gone past 9300 as yet so im wondering if this 9714 move is genuine .

And BTC is on the top of Bollinger band which indicates a selling trend is active.

There is also a pullback to the 89x/88x area missing .Where is it - Where did it go ?

Guys my apologies I I could have been wrong about BTC dipping and am going to close this out. I need to understand if im wrong how I misread it .
