PO3 + RANGE CONCEPTS(DEVIATION)

i observed that when BTC making a range (should be in bullish on microltf(15m,5m) just focus on liquidty hunts for example in this when range created in lower time frame there was a 3m IC at the bottom of the range it takes bottom liquidty by finding a power from 3m ic then it goes in to the range, fuels the taken liquidity proof of work :')
