Hello๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿซ, dear traders from all over the world๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ.

I'm Pejman๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ & welcome๐ŸŒธ to one more educational adventure๐Ÿงญ in Tradingview, but we will not be traders๐Ÿ’น today; We want to look at our charts like a hunter๐Ÿน.

We look for every clue๐Ÿพ we see so that we can hunt suitable positions๐Ÿ’ฑ like valuable creatures๐Ÿ’ฐ and transfer them to the cages as our accounts๐Ÿ’ณ or wallets๐Ÿ’ธ.

Although I'm not too fond๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ of hunting, either legally or illegally.

But I know that hunting good positions in the forests๐Ÿž๏ธ๐ŸŒณ of Tradingview is not prohibited๐Ÿ˜‰โ—.

So let's get acquainted with these clues๐Ÿ”Ž as soon as possible because the price is skittish๐Ÿ™ˆ, and we don't want to waste the hunting timeโณโœ….

I said that in Technical Analysis, we look for ways to trade by using the price information, which is recorded on the charts๐Ÿ“ˆ. (such as the prey's tracks๐Ÿ”Ž๐Ÿพ)

Today I want to introduce one of these clues so that you can become a professional position hunter๐Ÿน by identifying the clues๐Ÿ‘€;

But don't forget that you should practice๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป, be carefulโš ๏ธ, and watch your positions๐Ÿ‘€, so you don't miss them or rush ๐ŸŽ๏ธ๐Ÿ’จto the wrongโŒ position๐Ÿ™‚.

Today's clue is the GAPS. First, let's see what the GAP is๐Ÿค”.

The gap is nothing. I mean, it is something that is nothing๐Ÿ˜ถ๐Ÿ™„.

It is incredibly paradoxical๐Ÿ’ฅ! I'm kidding๐Ÿ˜‰, but the space between candles๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ or bars is called a GAP.

A gap is created when we see๐Ÿ‘€ a price gap between two candles๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ or bars when the trading volume is highโซ or lowโฌ. This difference or space between two candles is called a gap๐Ÿค๐Ÿป.

It is said that gaps are more valuableโœ… in higher time frames among the traders, so much coin, much care๐Ÿ‘€.

Gaps, or as the Japanese๐ŸŽŒ term "windows," are significant for hunting๐Ÿน positions, so as hunter traders, we should learn these gaps well๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป.

The reason๐Ÿง for creating gaps can be factors such as important positive๐Ÿ†’ or negative๐Ÿ™ˆ news or an increase๐Ÿ”บ or decrease๐Ÿ”ป in supply and demand.

It is interesting to know that gaps are primarily seen in Forex, Stocks, and Commodities (especially when markets close and open).

The space๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป between the candles means that the price has jumped like a rabbit๐Ÿฐ from one number to the upperโ˜๐Ÿป different number.

Or, like a monkey๐Ÿ’, it moved from one number to a lower๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป number.

I tried to make it funny๐Ÿ˜Š and straightforward๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป, but these gaps that move up or down have different types, like the year's seasons๐ŸŒˆโ˜๏ธ.

We have 4๏ธโƒฃ seasons in a year and also 4๏ธโƒฃ types of gaps in the charts.

According to personal taste๐Ÿ˜Š, I relate the gaps to the year's seasons and, simultaneously, do not forget the case of hunting positions๐Ÿน๐Ÿ’ฐ.

So fasten your seat belts๐Ÿ’บ because we want to travel in time๐Ÿงณโณ to all the year's seasons with this post๐Ÿšฉ and learn about the different price gaps, which are one of our clues๐Ÿพ to trap positions๐Ÿชค.

Let's start with the autumn๐Ÿ‚ season because we are still in it and can understand it better๐Ÿ˜Œ.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The name of this type of Exhaustion ๐Ÿฅฑ gap.

They are seen at the end๐Ÿ”š of a process, which means that the process may change๐Ÿ”„ at any moment.

Just like the autumn๐Ÿ season, it may rainโ˜” anytime after seeing the clouds๐ŸŒฅ๏ธ.

Another feature of this gap is the increase๐Ÿ†™ in trading volume, so by paying attention๐Ÿ‘€ to these points and practicing by reviewing the charts๐Ÿ“ˆ, you can easily recognize๐Ÿ”Ž this gap.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The next๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ gap is the Breakaway๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ gap.

The breakaway gap is associated with an increaseโคด๏ธ in trading volume.

This gap occurs when a critical range is broken๐Ÿคž๐Ÿป, representing a strong๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป start๐Ÿ trend or a sign of trend change.

Like the blooming๐Ÿต๏ธ of some trees๐ŸŒณ in winterโ˜ƒ๏ธ or the sprouting๐ŸŒฑ of plants from under the snowโ„๏ธ.

Also, This gap is created when the price starts moving from a limited area, like support or resistance ( I'm going to talk about them in the future๐Ÿ˜‰. )

I have to say that the breakaway gap plays a critical๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป role in some of the classic reversal patterns, such as the Head and Shoulders Pattern, Double Top/Bottom Patterns, etc.

When The breakaway gap is combined with Classic Reversal Patterns, the breakaway gap adds to these patterns' validityโœ….

If you want to get acquainted with the most important Classic Reversal Patterns of Technical Analysis, I suggest you read the following post๐Ÿ‘‡.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now it's time for spring๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ€, and I'm going to introduce a gap like spring.

Spring season is a signโœŒ๐Ÿป of the continuation of life๐Ÿ’, and this gap in technical analysis shows the continuation of a trend๐Ÿ“ˆ.

The Continuation gap is also known as a Runaway๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ gap, occurring in the middle of a downwardโ†™๏ธ or upwardโ†—๏ธ trend.

This type of gap creates a kind of confidence for traders to enter.

It doesn't occur when the price fluctuates or corrects in a limited area but occurs during a rapid increase or decrease.

So, as a result โ˜‘๏ธ, if this gap occurs in an upward trend๐Ÿ”บ, it indicates the continuation of the upward movement.

And when it is created in a downward trend๐Ÿ”ป, it indicates the entry of more sellers and further price decline.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now we have reachedโœŒ๐Ÿป the last gap๐Ÿฅฐ.

This gap is Common, but I should introduce it as the summerโ˜€๏ธ season.

These gaps are very common, And considering the time frame it has, it is expected to fill quickly, which is also called "closing the gap."

The filling or closing of the gap means that the price returns๐Ÿ” to the same area where the gap was created, like a criminal returning to the crime scene๐Ÿ˜„.

This can be trueโœ… for gaps as well.

Time flies in summer๐Ÿ๏ธ, and Common and Exhaustion ๐Ÿฅฑgaps fill as soon as a blink๐Ÿ‘๏ธ.

You may have heard๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿป that gaps are always filled, but this is not permanent๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ and only a strong possibility๐Ÿค๐Ÿป.

For example, Continuation๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ & Breakaway gaps usually take a long timeโŒ› to fill.

But what if the gap doesn't close๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ?

Go to any currency pair and examine๐Ÿ‘€ the recorded data๐Ÿ—„๏ธ; You will find that many gaps take a year or more to close.

It is interesting๐Ÿ˜ƒ to know that the Japanese๐ŸŽŒ have another interpretation of the price gap.

They use gaps as continuation and reversal trading patterns (as I said, I'll explain them in future posts๐Ÿ”œ๐Ÿ˜‰).

It is interesting to know that the combination of gaps can create the Island reversal pattern.

The Island pattern consists of two gaps; One upโฌ†๏ธ and one downโฌ‡๏ธ.

We will definitelyโœ… learn more about these patterns in the following posts๐Ÿ”œ, but today we are only focusing on the gaps๐Ÿง.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another thing I want to addโž• is about the Heikin-Ashi charts๐Ÿ’น that we learned about in the previous post๐Ÿ”™.

Gaps are filteredโŒ in Heikin-Ashi charts.

As I said, in this chart, the average is displayed between twoโœŒ๐Ÿป consecutive candles; even candlestick patterns are filteredโŒ.

So, the type of chart is also essential๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป for finding gaps.

Well, I gave you the basic tips to identify these gaps๐Ÿค๐Ÿป, and now you can carefully look๐Ÿ‘€ for them in your charts๐Ÿ’น.

Practice this information for a bit, as I will be back soon๐Ÿ”œ with an educational post๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿซ on how to trade๐Ÿ’ฐ with these gaps.

If you have any questionsโ“, you can ask me๐Ÿ’ฌ.

We will get acquainted with new clues๐Ÿ”Ž in new posts, so until that day, take care of your knowledge๐Ÿ“Š and increase it every day๐Ÿ“ˆ, because according to Kofi Anan:

Knowledge is power๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป, and information is liberating. Education๐Ÿ“š is the beginning of progress in every society๐Ÿ™๏ธ, in every family๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ง.

I hope you become stronger๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป daily by using your knowledge, and I will also increase your progress by teaching you the introduction.

I wish๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป you happiness, health๐Ÿ˜, and success๐Ÿ˜Ž.
