Descending wedge with bullish divergence?

One of my first charts. Really just testing my ideas so I have evidence of how they went to learn from. Let me know if I'm totally off base or if there could be something to it. Or if I'm missing something, I'm always open to adjust. Apologies for the RSI line being slightly off. it kept moving back and forth while I was writing this up. Thanks!
