CAKE to recover with the rising RUT?

CAKE is one of those beaten down stocks that is still lagging behind the rest of the market.
I don't think this "recovery" is fundamentally sound, but if RUT & SPX continue to go higher towards the ATH, CAKE might catch up as everything rises with the tide.
