$CCJ Potential Head and Shoulders.. Bad news.

CCJ putting in a potential H&S on the Daily/Weekly time frames. Mixed options activity as well. With all the stuff going on in Kzakhstan right now this could cause issues for CCJ. Kazakhstan also has 15% of the world's uranium resources. Bear case: looking to retest $19 support level. Bull Case: Needs over $25. I feel like this is really going to come down to how the market wants to interpret the news.
