With the cut in interest rates, and earnings in 11days, I think this will be a great price to buy.

Today the wick reach 14,6% fibonacci level, and changed direction moving again to close to $18,74.

And the volume today wasn't big enough to keep CCL falling, translating in a probability of bullish signal, since September 10th the volume is increasing as well as the price.
