$CFLT will break $35 range if Q1 | FY 2025 is good

- CFLT has been range bound for two years now where the lower end is $14-18 and upper range is $35-38.

- If FY 2025, Q1 exceeds expectation of the analyst then this stock will be able to get through the long term resistance and turn it into support.

- IOT is a peer company which operates in IOT and streaming data application layer which has shown promising results and returns. I believe CFLT is a solid company and can reach $45+ comfortably.

- If SNOW acquires redpanda (redpanda.com/) then it will be very bearish for CFLT
- SNOW would have a comprehensive data platform capabilities, streaming would be strongly coupled to their infrastructure.

Why would one need a separate vendor for streaming if they could get it done within one ecosystem i.e SNOW

What a news for CFLT shareholders!

- CFLT in their earning report said that they are partnering with Databricks. It will make the one sided competition even insane. This will directly fight the SNOW + redpanda

-if CFLT didn't partner with Databricks then this company would have limited upside. But with partnership it is fuel further growth for this company!

Price Target Updated to $45 per share!

This CFLT has earned to trade above $35 share.

- Don't underestimate that data streaming would be essential in the agentic AI workflow which require low latency and high throughput systems.

- Secondly, more than the earnings, I am impressed that they are parterning with databricks. It will unlock access to more customers for them and it will allow them to grow easily for years to come!
