Oil reached next action point - good for a shortscalp?

Countertrades are not my style...but for those who love the risk - here a short-idea.
We have actually reached the falling trendline. Trading below that line is bearish furthermore....
RSI is very oversold - shorts have a very nice CRR!
BBs are stressed out

Perhaps you could switch the Position with a very narrow sl below todays low....tp= 38,2 as illustrated
