DJI - A range of possibilities

The DOW Jones at an interesting spot. Making on call here might depend on how the market responds to a variety of news catalysts. I have noted some upper and lower targets if we continue to range, so some trades can be had. I also have a green buy zone for longs and red zone for shorts, albeit a fake out could easily wreck either, so keep an open mind. We are at a very critical spot here and I will remain neutral.
