Dogecoin still bear market for now

Hey traders so I was looking at Dogecoin and it still looks like a bear market. I think this has to also to with Bitcoin but I think unless it breaks above resistance at .44 it is a sell. But if it breaks above I would then recommending taking a shot at buying it!
