I think the trend changed to Bull trend start from 0.1144 $ and then as you see we can draw the up trend as green trend on the chart .
So the best buy area is between 0.20 to 0.18 $.
but as you see the 1 H yellow trend , it break out and make re-test " only we wait a good volume to go up till break next resistance .2417 $ ,
and Next target is .2670 $
and Last target is .2999 $ and then it will bounce again .
These is only my opinion and you should make your analysis.
