ETC inverted head and shoulder

I see an inverted head and shoulder on ETC with false breakout and rsi confirming high rsi and lower low than previous rsi.
If this breaks out we can see a target about 17.8-18.00 dollars.
This pattern will be invalidated if BTC breks down :)
