We will be accumulating actual ETH here not using a quanto perp swap or anything where gains are realized BTC.. nah nah... ETH gets in and out quicker plus you exposure and be better maintained. Instead of, for example, taking BTC and sending to Bitmex to short an ETH quanto swap then have profits realzied in BTC. Then say ETH is bottomed playing honeybadger mode and BTC drops another 2k while your withdrawal is processed for 24 hours. The way I do if I send ETH in I can send it right back out without paying higher fees to do so. This is also a better strategy for those will smaller capital trying to build up those crumbs. Better have mindset not focused on USD value more like goal or hobby to just accumulate as much ETH however possible like a collector, or an obsessed hoarder. ETH is likely to function the same and have its nifty perks at $100 or at $14. If this scenario above plays out this will be a very nice time of accumulating Ethers.
