ETHUSD - short - 10% gain posibility

ETH is slowly coming to resistance 200 and there it will go strong down or it will brack up.
My opinion is that it will go down because it is long time in a bear flag. But never know. If BTC makes move up to 8.2K that will EHT all so move up.
