ETHUSD in H4 will go bullish if it breaks neckline i.e 1940 of inverse Head and shoulder pattern . However, if it breaks the last LL i.e. 1790 it would go bearish though bullish bias is dominant as there is bullish divergence and bullish reversal pattern (inverse head and shoulder) on the chart.
