EurNzd can rise to 1.7 in medium term

After the double bottom at 1.56 and a first leg up towards 1.7, EurNzd corrected and has made a higher low around 1.58.
Now the pair is facing resistance at 1.63 and a break here could announce a new leg up towards 1.7
I'm bullish on this pair as long as 1.6 is intact
