According to my previous chart, EURUSD hit the specified target @1.07315.
Unless we see a daily close above 1.07315 a bearish correction should ensue and if the (a) does not stay below 1.04056 it should rise again in January and hit 1.07451-1.0796.
After that dotted red path or reevaluate.
