EURUSD

The arrow points to where level 3 was broken. Then price continued to go up but then formed a M at the top.On the 15 minute price has been rising for a while..but I dont know if theres enough money trapped up there for price to drop. We might say a confrontational push to the upside because price broke support but then quickly pulled back(second arrow). My question is: Are we still in Level 3?
