EURUSD - Head and Shoulders Inverted or...?

Pretty interesting situation we have here. Before the ECB monetary policy and press conference, the EURUSD has consolidated in something that looks to be an Inverted Head and Shoulders, but could also be transformed into a Symmetrical Triangle.
What do you think it is more probable?
