My scenario EUR USD

i think, yet im new to this, that EUR will let usd feel the relief before news! Tho Eur wont go far, and when the news hits, EU will breach 1.24750 and touch 1.2480-1.25. After will go back to 1.23 to restore strength. Ofc if news wont do any good to EUR, we wont touch 1.25 hights, and go back down for another round! Best of luck!
