$FB Bullish Harami Pattern, Potential Reversal to UPSIDE?

Bullish Harami is a candlestick chart indicator suggesting that a bearish trend may be coming to an end.
Please note, I do understand this sounds counterintuitive since RSI is 24.64 at this time.
