Filecoin way to 28-40$.

Filcoin looking very interesting right now
Pumped from its all-time low (2.2-2.3)
FIL got rejected from its historical resistance(9.7-11) thrice as mentioned above
Two possibilities

1. Bearish Shark Pattern
in this case, I expect FIL to break that resistance zone(9.7-11) directly and make a successful retest to move to (28-40)

2. Inverse Head And Shoulder
Or one more time get a rejection from resistance (9.7-11) and make Inverse Head $ Shoulder

In both cases, fil Projected target remains (28-40)
