$FSR Cup and Handle Breakout

FSR is in uptrend. Stock started trading above 50 EMA recently. Golden cross in mid June. Stock will test next resistance level $21.70. Appears to be cup and handle pattern breakout towards next target $28-29 in long run. EV stocks are trending and this one will get benefit of it. Support is between $17-18.
