harmonic cypher and double top pattern

here got two possibility,

1, bullish cypher halfway buy setup can take profit
at (156.530) or 0.786 fib lvl from C-D

2, double top sell setup, neckline inside rectangle and can take
profit at (148.459) or second pole from neckline to top
