GbpUsd to 1.25 soon?

Is the 3rd failed attempt for GbpUsd to stay above 1.29 within a few days and this is very bearish in my opinion.
I'm looking to sell rallies for a drop to 1.25
Only a daily close above 1.3 would change my very bearish opinion
