It never fails when one looks at a chart, it could go up or down. Arguments for both sides seem convincing but at the end of the day we are faced with always the same choice. We then look for tells to reveal the answer and place our bets. This chart is no different. I have drawn the conditions as I see them and highlighted what I see are the possible outcomes but for now i am stuck in this pandora.
