16 Years Breakout!! will that be chance for good returns?

The multiyear breakout is visible on chart with price breaking out all time high price of 2005 in 2021. But, then the stock again consolidated till 2023 and formed a zone which give breakout recently with good volumes buildings on chart. Will good returns follow with strong base formation in this stock?
