Looking at the weekly chart, the chart is looking healthy and the overall trend appears bullish. ICX has bounced off the orange trendline twice, once in March and another time in April. It seems to have found support on the weekly 12 EMA. We also confirmed a higher high compared to the week of March 23rd, and a higher low compared to the week of April 1st. Volume has been healthy compared to the sell-off it experienced in January and February of 2018.
